NLogic defines a Management Project as an activity which must be undertaken over a defined period and requires the skills and experience of leadership, business management and project management.
Example 1: A business needs to consolidate and consider how best to progress to the next stage of growth. It understands a business plan is the best way forward however, it does not have the resource nor expertise to do it justice. NLogic will undertake this as a Management Project working in with the key personnel and constructing a workable Business Plan.
Example 2: A business has a Sales force however, management understand they are poorly organised and lack traction. Management need help to implement better sales techniques and systems to improve performance. NLogic will take this on as a Management Project and develop strategies and systems and undertake 1-on-1 and group mentoring and coaching sessions.
Example 3: A business is doing OK however,it is hard work and it needs to be better organised and systemised. NLogic will take this on as a management project and design and implement a 3Ps program - Policies, Processes & Procedures. This will include a complete Business Manual which encompasses how the company and its people go about their business and allows for quality repeatability of the company's products and services.

We can do this on an hourly basis or as a set fee. Wherever possible, its preferably to work on a set charge. This way, you the customer knows the final price and can budget the expediture. We will provide a proposal outlining in simple and very clear terms how we will apply our charges.
Sustainability is a key thread throughout NLogic and its products and services. We support energy efficiency, recycling, waste minimisation, renewables, cutback on greenhouse gases and other polluting emissions. We believe these inititiatives also have short and long term benefits to business such as, operating cost, employee and customer loyalties.One of the key issues we consider when providing a solution is sustainability. Examples of this include, how to reduce energy consumption; minimise waste; recycling programs; changing to a different energy source; sustainability culture in new recruits; incentive programs; product changes to be more environmental friendly; marketing "green"; etc. This will include developing and communicating Policies, Processes & Procedures.
